Vivienne instructs the Hatha Yoga class. Hatha Yoga is a stretching class that is at a slightly slower pace to traditional yoga. It includes some simple breathing exercises and meditation. It’s perfect for Beginners or those who want to de-stress.

We also offer a Pelvic Health Yoga Class – delivered by our pelvic health expert, Mags, this type of yoga is very specific to those who want to improve their pelvic health. There are no prerequisites to taking part in this class, but it is ideal for those who have incontinence issues, history of prolapses, and much more.
