This class takes place every Wednesday at 2pm and is delivered by our physiotherapist Ciara. It is geared towards those who have osteoporosis, osteopenia and arthritis. It is ideal for anyone who wants to improve their bone health and strength, or anyone who just wants to be more physically active.

The class consists of largely non mat-based exercises. The most effective exercises for bone strength are completed in sitting or standing, so you don’t have to worry about getting up and downoff the floor! This class is personalised for every patient and exercises adapted if need. This is a lovely energetic physio lead class. Suitable for all levels of exercise.
