Functional Rehab is a one to one, tailored, monitored progressive exercise session we provide in the clinic. It offers an effective and strategic way of recovering from injury and returning to sport. Usually a patient will book in for an initial physiotherapy or sports injury session, then our team of therapists will conclude if the patient should continue with further treatment sessions or if functional rehab is more suited to their injury. Functional rehab can start early and be very simplistic to help build the foundations for recovery or you  can start later for patients whose condition may favour treatment initially, then changing to functional rehab to further challenge the patient. Our initial functional rehab sessions last 1 hour with 45 min follow up appointments and take place in our studio that contains weight racks, olympic bars, free weights, a treadmill and a wide range of rehab equipment.
