This class takes place every Wednesday at 2pm and is delivered by our bone health expert and physiotherapist Sean. It is geared towards those who have osteoporosis, osteopenia and arthritis. It is ideal for anyone who wants to improve their bone health and strength, or anyone who just wants to be more physically active. The class consists of largely non mat-based exercises. The most effective exercises for bone strength are completed in sitting or standing, so you don’t have to worry about getting up and down off the floor! The class is smaller than the Pilates classes as the exercises are more specific and personalised to you.
